Gordon Bennett

On September 25, 2010 twenty teams from ten countries around the world made a start in the 54th Gordon Bennett Gas Balloon Race. Taking off at dusk from a site near Bristol, the team which flies the furthest distance from the start point wins the race.
We wish good luck to all and especially to members of the BSBRUN project:  Markus Pieper, Leonid  Tyukhtyaev and Stanislaw Fuodorov.

A New Way to Visit Georgia

A brave flying squadron from Israel Aero Club consisted of four aircrafts visited Georgia this July.  For the first time foreign tourists came to our county by their own planes. This is a good start for a new way of learning Georgia.  We expect 25 aircrafts from Israel, Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine next year.
